All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from the receipt of your order.
All international orders are processed within one business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 5-7 business days.
Items will need to be signed upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative, i.e., a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, Medilux LifeCare takes no responsibility for items signed by an alternative person.
Medilux LifeCare is not responsible for damage to the equipment after delivery.
Please contact Customer Care within seven business days of your order delivery for the resolution of any complaints regarding your order.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on the product, packaging, size, volume, etc. The shipping and handling charges are provided at the time of checkout, and consumers will be aware of this before making payments.

Returns and Refunds
At Medilux LifeCare, we strive to provide you with the best experience possible. However, since damaged items cannot be reused, we cannot accept the exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
Medilux LifeCare is not responsible for any damage caused to the item after delivery.
If the customer does not find the session fruitful within the first three days, they can claim a refund just after the last session is attended. Any delay beyond 24 hours after the session will not be entertained.
In case of any problem or quality issue with a product, we offer an exchange. You can reach out within 24 hours of delivery, and our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.
Returns and exchange requests will be subject to inspection and approval by Medilux LifeCare.
This policy does not cover damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application.
Once your return/refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
No refunds shall be made once items are sold.
Shipping charges incurred on free trials are non-refundable.
All products, once purchased, are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within seven days from the date of product delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
- Sold in a physically damaged condition, such as a yoga mat that is defective.
- Product packaging not opened; product not used.
